The funds of our clients always remain at the exchange account of the client, and never in any of our accounts.  

When the customer wishes to withdrawal funds either in crypto or fiat money, there are absolutely no terms of restriction.  In many banking jurisdictions, it takes less than 10 minutes between the decision to make a withdrawal and have the money arrive at the client's bank account.
